Chelsea's manager sacked after only 3 months

Chelsea has fired manager Liam Rosenior after just three months following a string of losses and strange locker room drama involving leaked tactics.

Things move fast in football, but rarely this fast. Chelsea has officially fired their head coach, Liam Rosenior, just 106 days after he signed a long-term contract.

The decision came after Chelsea lost 3-0 to Brighton this week. That loss was the "final straw" for the club’s owners. Under Rosenior, the team suffered five losses in a row in the Premier League without scoring a single goal—something that hasn't happened to Chelsea since 1912.

Leaks and "The Barber" Drama

Behind the scenes, things were messy. One of the strangest stories involve Marc Cucurella’s barber. Apparently, the barber posted a photo on social media that accidentally leaked Chelsea’s starting lineup and tactical secrets before the Brighton game.

This wasn't the first time information got out. There were reports of leaks during their big matches against Paris Saint-Germain too. For the owners, these leaks showed that Rosenior didn't have full control over the locker room or the players' inner circles.

What’s Next for the Blues?

Rosenior arrived in January to replace Enzo Maresca, but he only managed to win 11 out of 23 games. Even though he asked for more time to fix the problems, the club decided it was time to part ways.

For now, assistant coach Calum McFarlane will take over as the "substitute teacher" (interim manager) for the rest of the season. His first big test is a massive FA Cup semi-final against Leeds United this Sunday. Chelsea fans are hoping a new face can finally bring some goals back to Stamford Bridge.
